1. CHERRY BLUEBERRY KALE

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Blend with 1/2 to 1 cup liquid

2. GINGER PINA COLADA

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 lime (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2-inch piece of ginger (thinly sliced)
  • Blend with 1/2 to 1 cup liquid

3. RASPBERRY BANANA CHIA

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 large banana (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Blend with 1/2 to 1 cup liquid

4. BANANA BLUEBERRY CHOCOLATE

  • 1 large banana (sliced)

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

5. MANGO BERRY COCONUT

  • 1 cup mixed berries
