| Laurentine has had a passion for food and its cultural connotations since a very young age having being brought up in Holland, Morocco, America, Vanuatu and Australia. After completing a Bachelor of Business she continued with a specialization in Nutrition through the Global College of Natural Medicine in Santa Cruz, California. Upon completing her studies and researching extensively on the links between diet and disease, Laurentine became committed to having the concept of better health through nutrition echoed throughout the world. |
