- A. Glen

This From Jason Himself:

"Juicing has changed my life beyond all recognition. I used to smoke 40-60 cigarettes a day; I like my drink (as they say) I was more that partial to the odd bit of junk food, and as a result, I was also fat. On top of that I had severe Asthma to the point where I had to use the blue and brown inhalers and was having 10-16 puffs a day on them. I also developed eczema, mild acne, bad hay fever, and very, very, severe Psoriasis. In short, I wasn’t exactly in the best of health and my energy levels were often right through the floor.

I am now in the fortunate position of being free from smoking, drinking and junk food. My Asthma has vanished, my eczema and acne have gone my Psoriasis has cleared by over 90% and I am no longer overweight. In fact, on the health front I’m one happy camper! I am now also lucky to be able to help people who find themselves in a similar position to the one I was in."

- Jason Vale aka 'The Juice Master'

Oh my goodness! Jason is too funny. I ordered many of the other dvd's and decided I could make my own juices without need for the dvd. Now that I have watched the previewed (and giggled all the way though!) I regret that I didn't order his dvd as part
of my original order. He make me laugh so much in preview and answered my one main goal in this whole transition - which is to nourish my children with healthier choices. The one drink that still hash''t been replaced - lemonade! Thank you Jason now I know
what to do - Order the video and make your lemonade right now!!! I can't wait.

Eat below your calorie range at first if you have top fat caidro then build the muscle then eat within your calorie range to maintain your weigh you actually don't even have to eat health when doing like this but your not going to eat much if you don't
eat healthy half gallon drink water seven days 3 morning 2 in the afternoon and 3 in the evening and do a colon cleans to jump start your weigh loss and eat mufas things such as peanuts, olives and canola oil what Ive learned hope that helped

Doing a detox while pregnant or breastfeeding generally isn't a good idea as excess toxins and heavy metals will end up circulating to your baby, this is also a time to build, rather than cleanse to ensure that your baby has all the necessary building
blocks to start his/her life. I'd hold off doing a cleanse until after you have finished breastfeeding and spend this time building up your nutrition by including as many good things in your diet as possible and gently crowding out anything that isn't beneficial,
but go slowly - no extreme juicing or detox programs. We recently featured a great article on how to get pregnant naturally - these principles continue during pregnancy and breastfeeding to ensure your baby is receiving the optimal nutrition and best start

I'll definitely try that Jennifer. I didn't want to mess up the flvoar so I was a little nervous to add much of anything to it. lol. I agree it is a super food. Thanks for the link, lots of great info!Good luck on your journey. I wish I'd been a little
bit more relaxed with myself through my reboot, like having some real food. I think it would have been much more enjoyable and I probably would have gone longer. My juice mentor tells me to just think about my cleanse as an ongoing thing and do things every
day that help the process.. .so that's what I'm trying to do. Thanks for stopping by! Don't be a stranger.

i am on day 2, feeling starving and tired, headache lingering since yesterday but going to stick with it. Is there anyting that would be considered allowable snacks on this diet?

I am on day 3. Felt pretty awful earlier today as the lack of caffeine gave me a headache. But, I have already lost more than 3lbs in less than 3 days which is pretty good and I am generally not hungry. The juices taste surprisingly delicious and the rest
of my family want some too! I think it is good for a kick start to weight loss or to get me over a plateau that I have been on for a few weeks.

I was of the understanding that drinking juice of fruit as opposed to eating it gives is not as good as you don't consume the fibre. That way you are going to put on weight as the fibre slows down the body's uptake of the sugars. the juice of fuit and
carrots only sparingly, green vegetables all of the time.

Before I buy this I'm trying to understand, do you eat soild foods on the 7 day juicing spree or not? Do the receipes make you feel full therefore reducing the desire for soild foods? It doesn't explain the program anywhere on here. Please help me get
a better understanding of this program. ED: Hi there - please check out the Juicemaster website for more information on the program http://www.juicemaster.com/

wonderful! Seems like some people get envious of those who have 'life changing experiences' and create their own success... good for them and let the success speak for itself! Those who are negative will never succeed, only be bitter in the shadow of others.

It is amazing to me how some people can post negative responses to something before actually trying it. I have not watched this DVD but I have had experience with juicing and must say that it is life changing. Our processed and cooked foods are lacking so much nutrition that when you start juicing, it is as if you come back to life.. literally! I can't say enough good things about it! Just remember, use only Organic produce or you introduce toxic chemicals that you don't want. Organic produce will reduce 95% of the pesticides you take in. Also, for those who want to complain about the cost of organic and eating healthy, just remember that one hospital bill can cost you up to 50x more than just taking care of your health to begin with. It's really easy once you change those bad habits and you will be glad you did!

Seriously people, you're entitled to your opinions, but what's the point in stating an opinion when you have nothing to back it up with. Try it and then tell us it's a "gimmick" and "Cheese-y". For now I'd have to say this seems interesting and I'd like to see what it has to offer.
