The combination of coconut oil and chia seeds will help to assist your body in naturally building collagen, which will keep your skin supple and your complexion glowing!

Pineapples contain the digestive enzyme bromelain, a natural enzyme that supports the digestive system in breaking down and absorbing nutrients from the food we eat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric (or freshly grated)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy!
